Fair use rationale

It is believed that this image qualifies as fair use for the Never the Twain article because:

• The image is a low-resolution screen capture.
• The image is being used for informational purposes in the Never the Twain article and is the logo of the series.
• The use of the image will have no effect on the commercial distribution of the series by the copyright holder, ITV.
• No free or PD images have been found.
