The Last Smoking Seagoon is an episode from The Goon Show. It is the sixth and final show in the tenth series. It was also the final show of the original The Goon Show programme.

Technical
Originally recorded on TLO 6786 (15 ips ¼" tape recorded at Broadcasting House).
The master tape TLO 6786 no longer exists, and the version of the show included on Compendium 11 was compiled from the TGS disc, the POTG master tape and a domestic recording of the original Home Service transmission. Imperial Tobacco objected strenuously to the inclusion of 'The Imperial Ascot Tobacco Company' in the plot, so all references to 'Imperial' were removed for the Light Programme repeat. They are restored in the Compendium 11 issue.[1]
