Fair use for Spike Milligan
This photograph uses most of the portion of the head to the bottom of the image, is of reduced resolution, serves as a visual identification for the article's subject, Spike Milligan. It illustrates the subject's final residence at Rye, Sussex. The infobox image is also used to correlate the given facts that Milligan was the oldest and longest-lived member of The Goon Show per the article's summary prose. It cannot be conveyed by a free content media due to the subject being dead, and no free alternatives of similar photographs (e.g. the subject's face) exists. This also meets the criteria on Wikipedia's "Non-free content" guidelines as the subject is dead.
