As usual, [[Count Jim Moriarty\|Moriarty]] and [[Hercules Grytpype-Thynne\|Grytpype-Thynne]] are deeply involved in the plot and they succeed in their avowed purpose – the downfall of Neddie Seagoon Pepys.
