In 2002, she was a guest on the paranormal series ''[[Most Haunted]]''. ==Death==
Rowlands developed [[breast cancer]] and had to abandon her plans to become an acting teacher, and quietly retire. She died of the disease in an [[East Sussex]] [[Hospice care|hospice]], three days after her 74th birthday.
