	Generally speaking that is close to impossible for one person to achieve. Initially it was my intention to allow anyone to edit the wiki. However ~~that didn't take long~~ to change my mind~~. Several idiots put paid to that~~. As a result I've closed off user account creation and anonymous no-account editing. However, should someone really, really want to edit/correct/create then please contact me, either on my talk page or via email and I can create an account for you.
